Microneedling
It is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that’s used to treat skin concerns via collagen production. Also known as collagen induction therapy, this treatment may help those looking to reduce the appearance of acne scars and stretch marks. It’s also used in certain anti-aging procedures, such as eyelid surgery and sunspots.
Micro-needling works by encouraging your skin to make more collagen. The idea is that pinpricks from the procedure cause slight injury to the skin, causing the skin to respond by making new collagen-rich tissue. This new skin tissue is more even in tone and texture. It’s normal for the skin to lose collagen via age or injury. By encouraging the skin to make new tissue, there may be more collagen to help make the skin firmer, too.
Plasma Fibroblast Therapy
Plasma fibroblast is a non-invasive skin tightening treatment as an alternative to tighten and improve the appearance of skin. It combats wrinkles, loss of collagen, and sagging skin. As we age, the dermal layer of our skin thins, we produce less collagen, and we lose elasticity. All of these factors produce sagging and wrinkling of the skin.
The treatment uses a hand-held device which generates plasma where a visible smoke is produced as a result of the sublimating process. Sublimation is the physical term for the shift from solid to gas. The device heats the dermis in the targeted area, which begins to shed post treatment, allowing new fresher skin to form. What Is Transdermal Mesotherapy?
Transdermal Mesotherapy is the newest and most innovative technology to administer active ingredients to a patient using an electroporator to treat all the same conditions that traditional mesotherapy does but without the use of needles.
Traditional Mesotherapy uses needles to treat cellulite and resistant fat and is also used for anti-aging therapies, including pigmentation, hydration, scarring and general rejuvenation. Transdermal mesotherapy has been designed to obtain all the same benefits while avoiding the limits and side effects that traditional techniques give.
Transdermal Mesotherapy uses an electroporator, which utilizes the skin's water-based channels to promote transdermal delivery of products by a pulsed iontophoresis with "electroporation" or a continuous reversed polarity current. The electroporator also known as DEEP makes it possible for either micro molecules or macro molecules to be safely delivered into the body without either modification of the active solution nor damage to the targeted tissues and cells. This technology uses pulses which the patient's skin can easily tolerate with no problems or side effects.

Aging is a complex phenomenon which is genetically programmed according to a biological clock. It can occur prematurely by external environmental factors such as UV rays, pollution, or smoking which produces free radicals. Our skin requires growth factors as key modulators of skin cell metabolism (which decreases with the aging process and results in slow cell renewal and defective skin defense systems).
